Account & data deletion
Deleting your account removes your personal data. Because that can’t be undone, we verify who you are before it happens.
Sign in to manage your account
Identity has to be confirmed before an account can be deleted, so this needs a signed-in session. Sign-in isn’t connected on the web yet. Until it is, use the app or email us, both below.

Open Blizo and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You’re already signed in there, so it takes effect immediately.
By email
Write to svurzhise@gmail.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it.
What is removed
Your personal data is removed within 30 days of deletion. That covers account details, the content you posted, your messages, and your social graph.
What is kept, briefly
Some data may be held for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, then permanently deleted. Anonymised analytics that cannot identify you may be kept.
